Maintaining high assembling quality with ease

In general, screw tightening for assembling is carried out with electric screwdrivers, widely used from the viewpoint of both the quality and efficiency.
With an increase of demand for higher assembling quality in recent years, the torque control of electric screwdrivers is now necessary for maintenance and control of the assembling quality.
Torque checkers DLT1133/1173/1633/1673 contain a data memory function available for data control (with optional software) through a personal computer, allowing tool maintenance and control on a high quality level in an assembling site.

Have a wide measuring range of 0.01 - 0.15 Nm (DLT1133/1173) and 0.15 - 10 Nm (DLT1633/1673); particularly, DLT1133/1173 can reliably make such micro-torque measurement as requires high precision.
Store the measured data up to 100 pieces even after the power is turned off, preventing any data loss. In addition, the data can be fed into a personal computer through RS-232C connector, realizing paperless control for measured torque data.
Can run 15 hours continuously with a fully charged battery (more than two weeks on the condition of one-hour operation per day). In addition, it is of energy saving type with AUTO POWER OFF function (to turn OFF power automatically when left unused for 10 minutes).
Are of portable type (handy to carry) and space saving design, allowing easy torque measurement without occupying much space.
